Nurses Week 2026

Project Goal:

Create an engaging Nurses Week campaign that celebrated nurses while strengthening community engagement across social media, email, and web platforms.

The campaign theme, “Run This Sh*t,” was developed to recognize nurses as the true driving force behind healthcare environments. The creative direction aimed to feel bold, energetic, and modern while balancing humor, appreciation, and authenticity through storytelling, animation, and branded content.

My Role:

As the lead creative behind the campaign execution, I concepted, designed, animated, edited, and produced deliverables across digital and social channels. I created a teaser animation announcing the campaign theme, designed the custom Nurses Week logo, and developed daily animated social content for giveaways and recruiter/traveler appreciation posts.

I also produced the campaign’s longer-form “anthem” video by conducting nurse interviews, capturing on-location footage, editing audio narratives, and creating a story-driven piece centered around encouragement and pride within the nursing community. In addition, I designed supporting graphics for email marketing, landing pages, and promotional experiences tied to the campaign.

This campaign generated a 53% increase in leads compare to our typical year. My team and myself worked closely with the sales teams to support outreach efforts while designing the email marketing and landing page assets to serve as the primary touchpoint.

By combining bold creative direction with clear calls-to-action and emotionally driven messaging, the campaign successfully increased engagement while strengthening brand connection within the nursing community.
